Check in delayed, did not receive notice when informed would when room was ready. Room not fully set up: one facecloth, garbage bags resting beside bin, and warm refrigerator. Air conditioner was not working in room, hot to sleep in. Room very loud, could hear other guests yelling, running in hallways and above room, slamming doors at late and early hours, when paid extra for higher room level to avoid this. Have stayed here before as first pick for relaxation and comfort, unfortunately this was quite unsatisfactory this trip when traveling from afar.

Clean and as described

The staff was fantastic and professional. The rooms need updating, and a microwave would be an excellent addition to the room.

Excellent hotel right in front of the Aztec Theater!
